Let Me Introduce Myself!
Hi, I’m Andrea, local REALTOR®, coffee aficionado, lover of the Pacific Northwest, and honored to work with you! Real estate goes far beyond the transaction for me, as I believe the people at the heart are always the most important part of the process. My personality could be described as “warm cookies”, I’ve always had a creative streak and couldn’t be happier to have found my calling in real estate! As a REALTOR® I’m so very fortunate to have grown up in the real estate industry- with a builder for a dad and grandpa that ran and grew a Washington based bank as President that still exists in our communities to this day.
Having grown up in Lake Tapps, WA and living around Pierce County my entire life, I’m well versed in this little slice of PNW heaven. We’re spoiled with charms like Sumner’s idyllic Main Street, Puyallup’s Farmer’s Market, and the fantastic Mount Rainier views and watersports at Lake Tapps. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or navigating a tricky life situation, I’m here to support and guide you.
Beyond real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially taking lots of photos (I used to be a photographer!). I also love myself a nice glass of wine or whiskey, great food, cooking, hanging out with friends & loved ones- bonus points if there’s a campfire or body of water. I have two cats named Caspian & Artemis and traveling most of Europe is a major bucket list item for me (I’ve been to Ireland 3 times but have a lot more exploring to do). I volunteer at the Tacoma Sons of Norway lodge to connect with my Nordic roots and honor my grandpa, who was one of my biggest supporters.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
IT ALL BEGAN IN 1989…
With a heritage that runs deep and a heart for the details that matter-
My path to real estate has always been shaped by my childhood. My memories are filled with flashbacks of me as a little girl, sitting on a stack of lumber, the smell of sawdust and rain in the air, as we ate out of a bucket of KFC at one of my dad’s jobsites- hands sticky with honey from a packet. Of squirming in my seat at dinners with grandpa’s bank friends while he winked at me across the table or called me his “Little Buddy”. Of filling nail holes or sweeping job sites as a teen for chore money, or sitting in grandpa’s truck as he swung by a rental or one of the branches. While it may have been hard as a child to appreciate these moments, as an adult working in an industry tied to my family’s legacy, I can appreciate the imprint they made. As a child, I watched. I listened. I learned. I absorbed my dad’s work ethic, and my grandpa’s humility. Through my own experiences and personality, I also bring my own sparkle, and feel honored to use it to serve you.
