Let Me Introduce Myself!

Hi, I’m Andrea, local REALTOR®, coffee aficionado, lover of the Pacific Northwest, and honored to work with you!

Real estate goes far beyond the transaction for me because I believe the people at the heart of every move are always the most important part of the process. My personality has often been described as "warm cookies," and I take that as one of the biggest compliments I could receive. I genuinely love getting to know people, building lasting relationships, and helping them feel confident throughout the process.

I've also always had a creative streak, which is one of the reasons I fell in love with real estate. It gives me the opportunity to combine creativity, marketing, problem solving, and serving others every day.

Having grown up in Lake Tapps, WA and living around Pierce County my entire life, I’m well versed in this little slice of PNW heaven. We’re spoiled with charms like Sumner’s idyllic Main Street, Puyallup’s Farmer’s Market, and the fantastic Mount Rainier views and watersports at Lake Tapps. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or navigating a tricky life situation, I’m here to support and guide you.

Beyond real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially taking lots of photos (I used to be a photographer!). I also love myself a nice glass of wine or whiskey, great food, cooking, hanging out with friends & loved ones- bonus points if there’s a campfire or body of water. I have two cats named Caspian & Artemis and traveling most of Europe is a major bucket list item for me (I’ve been to Ireland 3 times, and took my first solo trip to Scotland in fall 2025, but have a lot more exploring to do). I am active in my Nordic community to honor my grandpa, who was one of my biggest supporters.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

IT ALL BEGAN IN 1989…

With a heritage that runs deep and a heart for the details that matter-

My path to real estate has always been shaped by my childhood. My memories are filled with flashbacks of me as a little girl, sitting on a stack of lumber, the smell of sawdust and rain in the air, as we ate out of a bucket of KFC at one of my dad’s jobsites- hands sticky with honey from a packet. I have fond memories of accompanying my grandpa to local bank branches and seeing the relationships he built throughout our community. It taught me early on that business is ultimately about people and trust. While it may have been hard as a child to appreciate these moments, as an adult working in an industry tied to my family’s legacy, I can appreciate the imprint they made. As a child, I watched. I listened. I learned. I absorbed my dad’s work ethic, and my grandpa’s humility. Through my own experiences and personality, I also bring my own sparkle, and feel honored to use it to serve you.
